Mr. Rakesh Malhotra (46 yrs) is the Founder and Director of the Company. He has a career spanning over 25 years contributing in the fields of design, development & marketing of power conditioning and electronics products, telecom equipments & projects, corporate management, human resource development, financial management, venture negotiations and business leadership.
He is a Bachelor in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Jadavpur University Kolkata. Before starting his business he has worked with companies like Siemens, Nelco (a TATA Group company) and Mitsui etc.
He is having a very strong technical background and lot of relevant industry experience. |

Mr. M. L. Malhotra (75 yrs), Chairman and Director of the company. He is a Post Graduate & retired I.A.S. officer having over 51 years of experience including senior positions with the Government of India at home and abroad. He is with the group since last 16 years. He joined the Board of LPT as Director in 1999. |
